Villa Botanica is a private 140 m² retreat located in the peaceful green surroundings of Sveti Petar u Šumi, in the very heart of Istria. The villa accommodates up to six guests and features two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living area with additional sleeping options, a fully equipped kitchen, and three modern bathrooms.
